Additionally Javier is responsible for Rhino®‘s North American and global operations, including sales, marketing and construction, mining, government and strategic group support around the world. His task is to meet the increasingly demanding market needs and to grow the company. Thanks to the strategic plan the company has positioned itself in more than 80 countries.

Additionally, Javier is in charge of production at Rhino Equipment®‘s headquarters in North America, where the company distributes and manages the whole array of heavy equipment. Javier has broad knowledge of the heavy machinery industry, and has an impressive track record of over 26 years of experience in this sector. Thus, he is well positioned as a forward-thinking and dynamic entrepreneur that continually seeks the advancement of Rhino Equipment®.

La carrière professionnelle de Javier l'a amené à devenir membre et participant de nombreuses conventions mondiales. Ces conventions sont composées de chefs d'entreprise et de membres du Congrès qui œuvrent pour la liberté et la prospérité de la région. Il s'agit essentiellement de générer des affaires en Amérique du Nord, en Amérique centrale, en Amérique du Sud et dans d'autres territoires. Ils contribuent ainsi à la croissance économique du continent et ont un impact social positif.

Engagement mondial et défense des intérêts des entreprises

Il a été membre de la US Chamber of Commerce  for the benefit of AACCLA in Washington, DC; he has attended the White House’s Export Trade Agenda and presented the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement (TPP) to the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America and the Caribbean (AACCLA) with his conference “Perspectives pour les Amériques.” As a business leader, he also attended a convention in the USA, that included the the Governor of Florida, and supported North American leaders and companies, promoted growth and job generation. In this light, Rhino® is a pioneer that increases exports to Latin America for urban development, public highway concessions, river systems and responsible mining, among others.

Javier est membre du conseil consultatif de l'Adam Smith Center for Economic Freedom-FIU, soutenant ainsi la vision où la politique gouvernementale et les marchés libres s'entrecroisent. Il s'agit d'un groupe de réflexion indépendant, non partisan et de classe mondiale, qui vise à informer, influencer et inspirer les dirigeants actuels et futurs afin qu'ils développent et mettent en œuvre des politiques innovantes, significatives et efficaces qui font progresser la liberté individuelle et la prospérité humaine.

Il est également un membre actif du conseil d'administration du Consejo Empresarial Alianza por Iberoamérica (CEAPI, Acronyme espagnol). Il s'agit d'un conseil d'entreprise composé de 225 PDG des plus grandes entreprises ibéro-américaines, qui s'est engagé à renforcer les réseaux et l'espace d'affaires. Sa vocation est de contribuer et de promouvoir des relations de confiance entre les hommes d'affaires afin de développer et de renforcer le tissu des entreprises ibéro-américaines.

Javier a participé activement à l'Initiative démocratique de l'Espagne et des Amériques (IDEA), Acronyme espagnol). Il s'agit d'un forum international non gouvernemental composé d'anciens chefs d'État d'Amérique latine. Il a participé aux VIIe dialogues présidentiels, qui ont analysé les principaux événements mondiaux et hémisphériques. Il englobe la société civile et l'opinion publique internationale ; il observe et étudie les processus et expériences démocratiques ibéro-américains ; il réfléchit aux moyens d'installer la démocratie là où elle n'existe pas ou de la reconstituer là où elle s'est détériorée ; il promeut également la défense et le respect des gouvernements qui l'épousent.

The CEO of Rhino Equipment®, Javier Cárdenas, together with several business leaders were invited to Miami Dade College’s great event, where it hosted Former Presidents and discussed the multiple problems that countries of the hemisphere face, like post-pandemic scenarios and conflicts that have, potentially, a global scale. However, it emphasized the relevance and importance of the business sector in terms of job creation and its fundamental role for economic recovery after the global health emergency.
