Perspectivas para as Am\u00e9ricas Depois de um ano de 2015 dif\u00edcil, marcado pela estagna\u00e7\u00e3o do crescimento econ\u00f3mico m\u00e9dio que conduziu a mudan\u00e7as pol\u00edticas e de pol\u00edticas em muitos pa\u00edses, as perspectivas para a Am\u00e9rica Latina e as Cara\u00edbas em 2016 continuam a ser dif\u00edceis.<\/p>

O crescimento regional, que se prev\u00ea ser inferior a 1%, ser\u00e1 o mais baixo do mundo, devido \u00e0 fraca procura de produtos de base, bem como aos progressos limitados na ado\u00e7\u00e3o de reformas estruturais que aumentem a produtividade.<\/p>

Durante uma d\u00e9cada, o nosso hemisf\u00e9rio beneficiou de um forte crescimento econ\u00f3mico e de um ambiente pol\u00edtico e social relativamente est\u00e1vel. Os ganhos econ\u00f3micos permitiram um progresso social not\u00e1vel gra\u00e7as \u00e0 ado\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas sociais espec\u00edficas que reduziram as taxas de pobreza e a desigualdade de rendimentos e deram origem a uma classe m\u00e9dia em crescimento.<\/p>
