Additionally Javier is responsible for Rhino\u00ae<\/em>‘s North American and global operations, including sales, marketing and construction, mining, government and strategic group support around the world. His task is to meet the increasingly demanding market needs and to grow the company. Thanks to the strategic plan the company has positioned itself in more than 80 countries.<\/p>

Additionally, Javier is in charge of production at Rhino Equipment\u00ae<\/em>‘s headquarters in North America, where the company distributes and manages the whole array of heavy equipment. Javier has broad knowledge of the heavy machinery industry, and has an impressive track record of over 26 years of experience in this sector. Thus, he is well positioned as a forward-thinking and dynamic entrepreneur that continually seeks the advancement of Rhino Equipment\u00ae<\/em>.<\/p>

Foi membro do US Chamber of Commerce<\/a> \u00a0for the benefit of AACCLA in Washington, DC; he has attended the White House’s Export Trade Agenda and presented the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement (TPP) to the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America and the Caribbean (AACCLA) with his conference “Perspectivas para as Am\u00e9ricas<\/em>.” As a business leader, he also attended a convention in the USA, that included the the Governor of Florida, and supported North American leaders and companies, promoted growth and job generation. In this light, Rhino\u00ae<\/em> is a pioneer that increases exports to Latin America for urban development, public highway concessions, river systems and responsible mining, among others.<\/p>

Abrange a sociedade civil e a opini\u00e3o p\u00fablica internacional; observa e estuda os processos e as experi\u00eancias democr\u00e1ticas ibero-americanas; reflecte sobre as formas e os meios de instalar a democracia onde ela n\u00e3o existe ou de a reconstituir onde se deteriorou; promove tamb\u00e9m a defesa e o respeito dos governos que a defendem.<\/p>
