Perspectives pour les Am\u00e9riques Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e 2015 difficile, marqu\u00e9e par une croissance \u00e9conomique moyenne stagnante qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 des changements politiques dans de nombreux pays, les perspectives pour l'Am\u00e9rique latine et les Cara\u00efbes en 2016 restent difficiles.<\/p>

La croissance r\u00e9gionale, qui devrait \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 %, sera la plus faible du monde, en raison de la faiblesse de la demande de produits de base et des progr\u00e8s limit\u00e9s dans l'adoption de r\u00e9formes structurelles visant \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9.<\/p>

Pendant une d\u00e9cennie, notre h\u00e9misph\u00e8re a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d'une forte croissance \u00e9conomique et d'un environnement politique et social relativement stable. Les gains \u00e9conomiques ont permis des progr\u00e8s sociaux notables gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'adoption de politiques sociales cibl\u00e9es qui ont r\u00e9duit les taux de pauvret\u00e9 et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de revenus, et ont donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 une classe moyenne en pleine expansion.<\/p>
