El 25 de octubre de 2022 se llev\u00f3 a cabo el VII Di\u00e1logo Presidencial con exjefes de Estado de Espa\u00f1a y Am\u00e9rica Latina para analizar los principales acontecimientos hemisf\u00e9ricos y mundiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Miami Dade College acogi\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n de los expresidentes donde se pusieron sobre la mesa los diversos problemas que afectan a los pa\u00edses del hemisferio, tras una pandemia y conflictos con potencial escala global. El CEO de Rhino Equipment, Javier C\u00e1rdenas, junto a varios l\u00edderes empresariales fueron invitados a este magno evento, considerando la relevancia del sector empresarial en cuanto a la generaci\u00f3n de empleo y su papel fundamental en la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica tras la emergencia sanitaria mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key highlight in Duque’s speech, in the first panel, was \u201cThe democracy in Latin America has faced serious threats in which we have seen how, through democracy itself, some people have come to power through discourses that seek to separate us\u201d. At the same panel other former presidents participated, such as Ecuador ex-president, Jamil Mahuad, Bolivia ex-president Jorge Quiroga and Costa Rica ex-president Miguel Angel Rodr\u00edguez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el segundo panel \u201cCrecer en libertad: el desaf\u00edo de occidente\u201d, estuvo dirigido por el ex presidente del Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Aznar. En su discurso, se refiri\u00f3 a la importancia de los derechos intelectuales, pol\u00edticos y econ\u00f3micos, que permiten que las oportunidades y la esperanza lleguen a las personas que quieren prosperar. En este panel participaron otros l\u00edderes, como el expresidente de M\u00e9xico, Vicente Fox, quien habl\u00f3 sobre la importancia de inspirar a la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n de l\u00edderes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Temas como la seguridad alimentaria, los derechos humanos y los efectos del conflicto entre las naciones de Rusia y Ucrania en Occidente, fueron los temas abordados por los ex gobernantes en el marco del VII Di\u00e1logo Presidencial; dejando en claro que a pesar de los tiempos agitados que atraviesan los pa\u00edses occidentales, contin\u00faan construyendo un futuro sostenible, resiliente y equitativo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
